【摘要】 为改善罗布麻混纺纱线强力低、耐磨性差等缺点,利用锦纶长丝对罗布麻混纺纱线实行合理包覆,通过正交试验对外包丝细度、包覆度、芯纱预加张力、导丝钩距离等4项工艺参数进行了优选,确定了较优的工艺参数,研制成功高强耐磨包覆纱线,为低品质纱线的合理利用提供了一条可行的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve performance of apocynum blended yarn and overcome defects of more hairiness,lower-strength and worse wearability et al nylon filament was winded out of apocynum blended yarn.Through orthogonal test processing parameter were optimized including filament fineness,wrapping degree,core-yarn pre-tension and traverse guide space.Higher strength wearability wrapped yarn were developed,which could provide one method of rational using lower quality yarn.更多还原
