镍基高温合金脱氮工艺研究
Study on Denitrogenation Technology during VIM Refinging Nickel Base Superalloy
【摘要】 研究了采用氧化钙坩埚真空感应熔炼镍基高温合金过程中的脱氮工艺,实验结果表明采用优化的真空感应熔炼工艺,可以把镍基高温合金中的氮含量从0.0011%降低到0.0002%,初步分析了镍基高温合金中钛与氮的相互作用,近似地计算出二者之间的相互作用系数eTNi=-5.79。
【Abstract】 The denitrogenation behavior of Ni-base superalloy during vacuum induction melting(VIM) was primarily investigated.The results show that through the best technology,the nitrogen content can be reduced from 0.0011% to 0.0002%.Calculation has been done on the interaction coefficient of Ti to N,and the result is eTiN =-5.79.
