基于虚拟仪器的传感器实验平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 阐述了虚拟仪器在传感器实验中应用的优势与可行性,讨论了如何利用虚拟仪器设计传感器实验。针对传统测试实验平台的功能单一、操作复杂、扩展性差等方面的问题,提出了在CSY传感器系统综合实验台的基础上,开发基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器传感器实验系统。并以电机转速测量为例,详细分析了测试原理,给出了基于虚拟仪器的传感器实验系统的设计方案、硬件配置及测试实现途径。结果表明,该实验系统操作简单,人机界面友好,测量精度高。

【Abstract】 Expatiating the advantage and feasibility of the application of virtual instrument in sensor’s experiment, discussing on how to utilize virtual instrument for designing of sensor’s experiment. The problems such as single function of traditional experimental platform, complex operation, bad expansibility and etc ,The author brings forward a proposal of using existing CSY sensor instrument to develop a LabVIEW based experimental system. Detailed analysis of testing theories, design scheme which based on the virtual instrument system, hardware configuration and test implementing route are provided for the testing of a motor’s rotation speed. The results show that the experimental system is easy to handle , friendly to communication and high accuracy.
