【摘要】 目的:观察阿托伐他汀(atorvastatin)对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织单核趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响,探讨阿托伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用。方法:24只链脲佐菌素诱导的SD雄性大鼠随机分成3组,分别为正常对照组(normolcontrol,C组);糖尿病组(DM组);糖尿病+阿托伐他汀组(DA组)。自动生化分析仪检测24小时尿蛋白,免疫组化检测各组肾组织MCP-1的表达。结果:糖尿病组24h尿蛋白高于对照组(P<0.01),阿托伐他汀明显抑制MCP-1表达(P<0.05),减少24h尿蛋白排泄(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病具有明显防治作用,其机制可能与降低MCP-1表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Atorvastatin on kidneys indiabetic rats by investigating the effects of Atorvastatin on MCP-1 in rats with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 24 male SD rats induced by streptozocin were randomly divided into 3 groups,normol control,diabetes and dibetes treated by atorvastatin.24-hour urine protein were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer and Expression of MCP-1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results:24-hour urine protein in diabetic rats were significantly higher than those in normal rats (P<0.01),Atorvastatin treatment significantly inhibited activation of MCP-1(P<0.05),decreased urine protein excretion.Conclusion:Atorvastatin exerted protective effect on diabetic nephropathy,Which is probably one of the mechanisms that decreased the expression of MCP-1.更多还原
