【摘要】 目的:从十二经原穴的皮肤导电量变化,探讨复发性口腔溃疡发病时的经络状态。方法:选择符合诊断标准的100例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为观察组,健康者100例为对照组,使用穴位诊断治疗仪检测各经原穴的皮肤导电量,了解"失衡经脉"。结果:十二经原穴的皮肤导电量异常所反映的"失衡经脉"为足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经和足少阴肾经,此3条经脉所反映的"失衡经脉"率与其它经比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经及其所络属的脏腑与复发性口腔溃疡的发病有着密切的关系,而以往认为相关的心经却未出现异常变动,考虑可能"心火"只是直接致病之果,胆腑、膀胱与肾才是导致口疮发病的内在之因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the meridian state in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer from the cutaneous electrical conductance quantity (ECQ) of Yuan ( Source)-points of the twelve regular meridians. Methods: 100 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were chosen to be used as the observation group and 100 healthy people as the control group. The ECQ of the cutaneous tissue of Yuan-points of the twelve regular meridians was detected by using HB2DET Acupoint Diagnosis-Therapeutic Apparatus under room temperature. If the difference of ECQ values between the bilateral limbs exceeded 50%,it was considered to be imbalance. Results: In observation group , the imbalance state reflected from ECQ of the Yuan-points of the 12 regular meridians indicated that the imbalance state mainly involved the Bladder Meridian(36/100, 36%),the Kidney Meridian (35/100,35%) and the Gallbladder Meridian (35/100,35%) which were significantly higher than those [4/100(4%), 5/100(5%) and 3/100(3%)] of control group in the number of imbalanced meridians (P<0.05). Conclusion: the Bladder Meridian,the Kidney Meridian, the Gallbladder Meridian and the viscera which they belong to have close relations with recurrent oral ulcer disease, but the heart meridian which ever think related did not appear abnormal changes. We think about that maybe the "heart-fire"just the direct cause of recurrent aphthous ulcer, and the bladder, kidney, and gallbladder are the original cause of this disease.更多还原
