【摘要】 目的:通过对蒙医传统整骨术与小夹板外固定治疗四肢骨折和单纯手术治疗疗效观察对比,运用科学的方法证明蒙医传统整骨术与小夹板外固定治疗四肢骨折的优势,为进一步推广应用提供客观依据。方法:搜集2006年12月-2008年12月之间在本院蒙医骨科住院的四肢骨折患者,分为试验组与对照组。试验组应用蒙医传统整骨术与小夹板外固定治疗四肢骨折。对照组:四肢骨折手术治疗。阐述蒙医传统整骨术与小夹板外固定治疗四肢骨折治疗与手术治疗之间的差异。结果:①治疗组四肢骨折患者治愈率为97%,总有效率为100%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗组蒙医症候治愈率为97%,总有效率为100%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗组对骨痂形成、关节功能恢复的作用显著,优于对照组(P<0.05)。根据上述结果分析:蒙医传统整骨与小夹板治疗四肢骨折具有进一步推广价值。结论:经系统临床研究,在临床上用蒙医传统整骨术与小夹板外固定治疗四肢骨折疗效好,两组之间有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the comparison between traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to fracture of the extremities and the effect of simple operation,the article has scientifically proved the advantages of traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to Fracture of the Extremities,and offered the objective basis for further popularization and application.Method:To divide 4 patients of fracture of the extremities(who hospitalized in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2008)into two groups:an experiment group and a control group.The experiment group is treated with traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to fracture of the extremities and the control group is treated by operation.The article presents the distinction between traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to fracture of the extremities and the effect of simple operation.Result:① Cure rate of the four patients in the treatment group is 97%,and total effective rate is 100%superior to the control group(P<0.05).②Cure rate of symptoms of Mongolian Medicine is 97%,and total effective rate is 100%superior to the control group(P<0.05).③The treatment group has the obvious effect to formation of poroma and recovery of joint function superior to the control group(P<0.05).According to the result of analysis,traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to fracture of the extremities has values in practical applications and popularization.Conclusion:Through a systematical clinical research,the article proves the effect and differences of traditional Mongolian Medicine and Fixation with Small Splint to fracture of the extremities and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).更多还原
