丹参 川芎 当归抗脑缺血 再灌注损伤的作用

【摘要】 目的:证实丹参、川芎、当归中药单体具有较强抗脑缺血/再灌注损伤作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组、脑缺血再灌注组、尼莫通组及中药组。采用改良ZeaLonga线栓法建立可再通脑缺血模型。各组大鼠分别于相同时间注入上述药物或生理盐水;于脑缺血3h和48h分别行神经功能评分;存活48h后,测定脑血流;TTC染色,计算梗塞体积。结果:神经功能、脑血流和脑梗塞体积方面,各中药组均有明显改善。结论:中药丹参、川芎、当归具有改善梗塞区血液循环及抗脑缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To prove Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Ligustrazine, Angelica that protect cerebral tissue through many tunnels and possess stronger functions against cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury. Methods:Wistar male rats were choose, disparted randomly control group, Cerebral Ischemic/Reperfusion Injury group, Nimotop group, Chinese medicine groups. The Cerebral Ischemic/Reperfusion models were established by the way of improved Zea Longa. The rats were injected Chinese traditional medicines, Nimotop or brine in the same time. The rats were graded by nervous function after 3 hours or 48 hours ; After having lived 48 hours, the rats of control group, the rats were measured cerebral blood stream of internal. The brines were dyed by TTC way and cxalculated the rats’ ischemic volume. Results:In nervous function, cerebral blood stream and ischemic volume, Chinese traditional medicinal groups had significant improvement. Conclusion:It was further proved that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Ligustrazine and Angelica have the function to effectively improve blood ciculation of ischemic area and against cerebral ischemic/ reperfusion injury.
