【摘要】 探讨了儿童咳嗽因质制宜的保育技术。根据小儿特点,将儿童体质分为正常质、热性质、寒性质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质,并阐述了常见食物的性味属性,根据体质分型,提出了"因质制宜"的适宜技术,从儿童饮食、襁褓衣着、生活起居、情志培养四方面入手,制定了防治儿童咳嗽的保育技术,并附以简便、易行、具体的实施方案,应用于儿科临床,已取得一定的疗效。此技术对今后儿童咳嗽的防治及病后康复均有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment for cough in infants and children based on constitution and child care technique will be discussed in this passage. According to child’s nature, children’s constitution can be divided into different types, such as normal constitution, heat-constitution, cold-constitution, Qi-deficiency constitution, Yin-deficiency constitution and phlegm-damp constitution. At the same time, it also describes the property of common food. Based on these types of constitution, from the aspect of child’s eating habit, child’s clothing, living condition and the cultivation of emotions, the author presents us with a series of child care techniques for preventing cough in children. This easy, available, basic method has already been used in practice with efficiency. It has the important and practical directive significance to the guidance of children’s cough treatment.更多还原
