【摘要】 目的:观察温针配合中药熏洗治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛临床疗效。方法:将76例中风偏瘫后肩痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组38例采用温针配合中药熏洗疗法;对照组38例采用传统普通针刺法。观察患者疼痛程度、神经功能缺损程度。结论:结果治疗组总有效率97.39%;对照组总有效率84.72%,结论:治疗组对中风偏瘫后肩痛临床疗效确切,早期介入效果更佳,与对照组相比具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of hot needle with Chinese herb fumigation to treat shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:76 cases of hemiplegia after stroke with shoulder pain,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group,38 cases were treated by hot acupuncture and Chinese herb fumigation;control group,38 cases were treated by ordinary acupuncture.The patients were observed and recorded in terms of strength of pain and neurological deficits.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.39% and 84.72% for the control group.Conclusion:It is indicated that early treatment on post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain is better than the control group.更多还原
