【摘要】 目的:观察水蛭注射液对2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血中内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:68例DPN患者随机分成水蛭注射液治疗组,和维生素B1、维生素B12对照组,治疗4周后,观察两组病人治疗前后血浆ET及NO水平的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后ET明显下降,NO水平明显升高(P<0.001),而对照组治疗后ET及NO水平均无明显变化。结论:水蛭注射液能明显降低DPN患者ET水平,提高血NO水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the endothelin and nitrogen monoxidum in the blood of the patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy by the treatment of Shuizhi Injection.Methods:68 cases were divided into Shuizhi Injection treatment group,vitamin B1 group and vitamin B12 group.4 weeks after the treatment,ET and NO in the blood of the two groups were observed.Results:ET was decreased obviously,and NO was heighten obviously in the treatment group after the treatment.The ET and NO had no marked change in the control group after the treatment.Conclusion:Shuizhi Injection could depress the ET and raise the level of NO of the patients with DPN effectively.更多还原
