【摘要】 目的:观察氧驱动鲜竹沥雾化在脑中风并发肺部感染病人中的应用。方法:将100例脑中风并发肺部感染病人随机分为2组,治疗组50例在常规内科治疗的基础上采用氧驱动雾化吸入鲜竹沥,对照组50例用常规内科治疗的基础上采用超声雾化吸入庆大霉素与a-糜蛋白酶。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论:氧驱动鲜竹沥雾化在脑中风并发肺部感染病人中的应用疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the application of oxygen atomizing by bamboo juice in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy complicating with pulmonary infection.Methods:100 cases with cerebral apoplexy complicating with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases’ patients in treatment group were given oxygen atomizing by bamboo juice on the basis of conventional medical treatment.50 cases’ control group were given gentamicin and α-chymotrypsin for ultrasonic atomizing inhalation on the basis of conventional medical treatment.Results: The total curative effect of the control group was better than the treatment group.Conclusion: Oxygen atomizing by bamboo juice could treat cerebral apoplexy complicating with pulmonary infection effectively.更多还原
