【摘要】 目的:观察益肾利湿汤治疗难治性肾病综合征临床疗效。方法:将42例门诊及住院患者分为两组,治疗组采用益肾利湿汤结合西药治疗,对照组仅采用西药治疗,观察两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血清白蛋白量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率66.67%;对照组分别为47.62%,治疗组疗效高于对照组,除甘油三酯外,两组治疗后血清白蛋白升高,24尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、胆固醇均下降(均P<0.01~0.05),治疗组较对照组改善明显。结论:益肾利湿汤联合西药治疗对难治性肾病综合征有较好的疗效,在一定程度上可减轻激素的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect on treatment in treating 21 cases of refractory nephritic syndrome(RNS). Methods :42 in and out-patients with RNS were randomly divided into groups. Inside the treatment group, the cases were treated with both Yishen Lishi Decoction and western medicine, while the control group was only treated with western medicine. For the two groups, The observation was made to see the changes of 24Hours urine protein quantity(24hUPQ), blood ureanitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), and serum albumin (ALB) before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group reached 94.4%,significantly higher than that in the control group(75%,P<0.05). In both groups, after the treatment, ALB was increased, except TG, 24h UPQ ,BUN, Scr , CHOL were decreased (P<0.01~0.05).In the treatment group , the improvement was observed obviously when compared with the control group .Conclusion: Yishen Lishi Decoction can enhance the clinical curative effect and reduce a certain side effect in treating refractory nephritic syndrome by hormone.更多还原
