【摘要】 目的:探讨国内升清降浊法的应用现状和动向。方法:运用文献计量学方法对1983—2007年国内专业学术期刊上发表的关于升清降浊法的研究文献进行统计分析,探讨我国升清降浊法研究的发展与现状。结果:1983—2007年国内升清降浊法研究的文献有186篇,文献量年度发表量呈增长趋势。升清降浊法国内研究热点是①升清降浊法的具体临床研究;②方剂中的自拟升清降浊方、补中益气汤等;③疾病中消化道疾病、泌尿生殖系疾病、神经系统及感觉器官疾病。结论:升清降浊法的研究在我国尚处于发展初期,对于升清降浊的经典理论研究还有待深入,而临床研究总体质量有待改善,研究范围亦有待进一步扩大与创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:discussion on application status and trends of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity.Meshods:The literatures on study of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,published in Chinese academic journals,issued between year 1983-2007,were Statistical analysis with bibliometric methods.Results:The total of 186 papers on study of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,issued between year 1983-2007,the documents published in a volume of annual growth trend. Domestic research focus of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity are①Specific clinical research of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity; ②Prescriptions in self-Shengqingjiangzhuo side,Buzhongyiqi Decoction,ect; ③ Disease in the digestive tract diseases,urinary and reproductive system diseases,nervous system and sensory organ diseases.Conclusion:The study of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity is still at the early stage of development,but the classical theory study about it have yet to be thoroughly,the clinical studies overall quality have to be improved,and the scope of the study have yet to be further expanded and innovation.更多还原
