【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合切开挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:应用该疗法治疗高位肛瘘患者43例,并依据全国肛肠学术会议制定并经统一修订的肛瘘疗效标准进行评价。结果:一次性治愈率达到88.37%,总治愈率达到100%。结论:中西医结合切开挂线法治疗高位肛瘘效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of incision seton therapeutics combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating high anal fistula.Method:Treating 43 cases with high anal fistula using this therapeutics.Then to make a evaluation based on anal fistula efficacy standards,which was established and amended by the National anorectal Conference.Result:One-time cure rate reached 88.37%,the total cure rate reached 100%.Conclusion:The curative effect of incision seton therapeutics combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating high anal fistula was well.And it is worth popularizing.更多还原
