【摘要】 肺癌的微创治疗因创伤小,对病灶直接局部作用逐渐广泛应用,不同方法各具特色。配合中医药治疗,均具协同增效。支气管动脉灌注化疗配合中药研究较多,中药治疗方式或辨证或辨病,或术前或术后配合;认识到扶正的重要性。今后应扩大样本,随机对照研究不同微创疗法与中医药结合治疗的疗效差异。并深入研究结合疗法的切入点以提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Minimally invasive treatment of lung cancer is gradually applied widely because of samll wound and direct local action,different ways owning respective characteristics.Curative effects has been enhanced with these ways in coordination with traditional Chinese medicine.More are researched on bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy,the way is differentiation of symptoms and signs,or differential diagnosis of diseases,applied before operation or after operation;Strengthening body resistance is emphsied.Differences of curative effects should be researched randomizedly and controlled with different minimally invasive treatments combined with traditional Chinese medicine by enlarging sample,combining sites should be researched deep to enhance curative effects hence.更多还原
