【摘要】 目的:观察中医药治疗肿瘤晚期戴阳证的临床疗效。方法:以温肾潜阳为法,处方以四逆汤合白通汤加味治疗一出现戴阳证的肾癌晚期病人。结果:经中医药治疗后,患者戴阳症状明显好转,住院期间未再发作。结论:对于晚期肿瘤病人,只要中医辨证施治得当,亦可以显著改善患者临床症状,提高癌症患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of true cold disease with false heat manifestation caused by advanced cancer disease.Methods:Using the method of warming kidney and subsiding yang,we treated a patient with advanced kidney cancer whom was suffered from the syndrome of true cold disease with false heat manifestation.The patient received Chinese materia medical decoctions consisted of sini decoction and baitong decoction.Results:The syndrome of true cold disease with false heat manifestation of the patient disappeared after the treatment of Chinese materia medical decoctions.And we have not observed the replase of the syndrome before the patient leaving hospital.Conclusion:For the patient with advanced cancer disease,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly relieve their symptoms and improve their survival quality of life.更多还原
