【摘要】 应用"解剖、中立位"夹板固定方法,对180例闭合性肱骨中、下段各类型骨折整复后作固定,与传统夹板固定90例对照,结果:治疗组对位对线优良率为97.6%,对照组为25%,经统计学处理,P<0.05,具有显著意义。治疗组均作随访,患肢功能都满意。固定方法,改变以往传统习惯将患肢置于胸腹部前悬吊,避免了骨折的旋转、成角及分离移位,使骨折得于顺利地愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of splintage in anatomy and neutral position was used to treat fracture of humerus.180 cases with closed fracture of intermediate and inferior segment were given fixing after restitution,compared with 90 cases’ traditional splintage.The results showed that the fineness rate of paratope and alignment in the treatment group was 97.6%,and the control group was 25%.It has significance by statistical treatment.80 cases of the treatment group was followed up for more than half a year,the function of the affected extremity was content.This fixation was different to the traditional treatment,it let the affected limb put before the breast and the abdomen to refrain from the revolution,angulation and separation shifting.So the fracture could healing in time.更多还原
