【摘要】 追求规模经济和分散风险是混业经营的内部动因,金融自由化和日趋激烈的竞争是混业经营的外在动因。基于对2008年以来的金融危机尚未见底的背景以及我国金融业发展的现状和基本趋势的判断,尽管混业经营暂不能迅速、全面实行,但可以通过构建以商业银行为主体的金融控股公司,加强金融控股公司内控制度和金融监管机制的建设,并将其作为通向混业经营的过渡措施,是我国金融业混业经营的一种现实选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pursuing scale economy and dispersing financing risks are major inner underlying forces to promote the banking to mixed operation management.While the financial liberalization and the fiece competition are the exterior underlying forces.This paper analyzes the background of the financial crisis in 2008 and the current situation of the development of the banking in our country,points out that although we can’t fully carry out the mixed operation management rapidly,we can construct a holding company with commercial bank as its main body to strengthen the financial supervision mechanism and make it as a transitional measure to mixed operation management,this may be a realistic choice.更多还原
