【摘要】 目的探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测56份卵巢癌,19份良性卵巢肿瘤和17份正常卵巢组织中ET-1的表达。结果ET-1在卵巢肿瘤中的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤(P<0.05),但和卵巢癌的病理类型及病理分级、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论ET-1和卵巢肿瘤的发生有关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of endothelin-1(ET-1) in ovarian tumors.Methods Expression of ET-1 in ovarian tumors(malignant n=56 benign tumor n=19,normal tissue n=17) was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining.Results Expression of ET-1 in ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05),Expression of ET-1 in ovarian cancers was significantly higher than that in benign tumors(P<0.05).However,ET-1 expression was not correlated with different histological classifications(P>0.05),differentiation grade(P>0.05) and International Federation of Gynecololgy and Obstetrics(FIGO) stage(P>0.05),Conclusion The results indicate that ET-1 plays some role in occurrence of the ovarian tumors.更多还原
