【摘要】 信息产权是信息所有人或其他信息权利人对相关信息在采集、使用、转让、存储、修改等活动中所享有的人身权与财产权。作为信息时代新型权利形态,信息产权与传统物权及知识产权存在密切联系,又有清晰的界限。我国信息产权制度的逐步确立、充实与完善,将有效地避免、化解信息社会中的利益冲突,有利于建立起信息社会基本的利益关系格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information property,including the personal right and property right,is the right for a person in collecting,applying,transferring,storing and controlling relevance information.As a new type of right in information society,information property is closely related to traditional property and intellectual property but there is a clear boundary between them.The establishment and optimization of information property system will be helpful to avoiding and resolving the social conflicts in information society.更多还原
