高校图书馆图书超期借阅超期罚款中存在的矛盾及对策——以上海城市管理职业技术学院图书馆为例
Contradiction and Solutions for Library Borrowing Overdue and Fine in University Libraries——Taking the Library of the Shanghai Technical College of Urban Management as an example
【摘要】 流通工作实践表明,图书超期现象时常发生,如果不严格执行图书流通制度,必然影响图书正常流通;反之。如果罚款过度,也会在读者群体中产生不良影响。本文就本校超期借阅现状、超期借阅的原因和超期罚款中存在的矛盾,提出了完善图书馆规章制度,缓解矛盾的各种方法和措施。
【Abstract】 The frequent happening of extended borrowing obstacles library circulation.Fining too much influences badly among the readers.This dissertation intends to offer ideas and solutions to the irreconcilable contradiction between extended borrowing and fining.
