【Abstract】 Recombination of organizational structure is the key for Business Process Reengineering in libraries;changing com-pletely the organizational structure of libraries using the experience of the management model of Business Process Reengi-neering(BRP) is the key for the improvement the development of libraries.In this paper,we think that the traditional organi-zational structure is one kind of single,linear model of logistics,we have analyzed several models on recombination of organi-zational structure,and we think the better model is as follows: putting the customers as the centre,establishing one kind of or-ganizational structure with the characteristics of crisscross and networks.更多还原
