【摘要】 森林采伐限额是当前我国森林采伐的核心制度,其为防止森林遭受破坏、保护环境起到了重要的作用。随着经济日益发展,该制度的缺陷日益突显,已不符合现实需要。为使环境保护与经济发展所必须的林木用材相协调,应当建立可持续森林采伐制度,该制度首先必须明确可持续森林采伐内容,核心在于建立可持续森林采伐环境影响评价制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forest cutting quota is the core of forest cutting system,it plays an important part in preventing forest from destroy and protecting environment. As the development of the economic,the shortage of the system is obvious and it is not suitable anymore. For protecting the environment and the product of the woods which for developing the economic,we should build sustainable forest cutting system.
