【摘要】 新疆、青海是我国西部重点国有林区,随着天然林保护工程实施进入中后期,其部分林业局先后脱离重点森工企业轨道,转为以生态保护为主,完成了从国有林采伐局到国有林管理局的历史性嬗变。其改革经验和做法,对我国重点生态区域与其它森工企业转型改制具有重要有益的借鉴作用。同时提出改革中存在的若干问题,并提出有关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xinjiang, Qinghai, are western China’s key state-owned forest areas.
