飞行器舵机电动加载测试系统的研究
Electric Loading Test System for Aircraft Rudder
【摘要】 介绍了飞行器舵机电动加载测试系统,论述了该系统的基本组成和工作原理。这种加载方式能够模拟和舵偏角成任意函数关系非线性的扭矩信号,弥补弹簧扭杆加载方式和电液加载方式的不足。对飞行器舵机电动加载系统进行了理论上的分析和研究,建立了电动加载系统的数学模型,进行了仿真分析。仿真研究结果表明这种新型的加载方案是可行的。
【Abstract】 The aircraft rudder electric loading test system is introduced in the paper.The basic compose and working theory of the system are discussed.This loading device can be able to simulate the nonlinear torque signal,which is arbitrarily related to the angle of deflected rudder.The disadvantages of the ways used by the torsion bar spring load and electro-hydraulic load is overcome.Some basic technical problems about electric loading system in the theory are discussed.The system mathematic model is built,the simulations and its analyzing are conducted.The result of the simulations approves feasibility of the design.
