【摘要】 目的:研究缬沙坦对肾病综合征患儿尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白的影响。方法:把92例患儿随机分为卡托普利组、缬沙坦组和联合用药组,分别给与卡托普利、缬沙坦、联合使用卡托普利和缬沙坦治疗。三组患儿的糖皮质激素治疗、利尿治疗、抗凝治疗等均相同。结果:卡托普利和缬沙坦联合应用在两月时患儿的尿蛋白转阴和血浆白蛋白升高与单用卡托普利或缬沙坦比较均有显著差异。结论:缬沙坦对肾病综合征患儿具有明确的疗效,且副作用轻微,值得在小儿肾病综合征的治疗中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of valsartan on proteinuria and serum albumin in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:92 patients were divided into captopril group,valsartan group and combination group,captopril,valsartan,captopril and valsartan wer administered respectively.All the other treatment( including steroids,diuretics,anticoagulation.etc ) were the same in three groups.Results:There were marked differences on the patients’ proteinuria and serum albumin between the drug combination group and the captopril group or the valsartan group.Conclusion:valsartan has definite effects on heavy urine protein of children with nephrotic syndrome and it is safe for children,so it is worthy of being widely administered for children with nephrotic syndrome.更多还原
