【摘要】 目的:建立舒肤软膏中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH7.0)(20∶80);流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:205nm。结果:苦参碱在0.505～4.040μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为95.71%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、快速,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Matrine in Shufu ointment.Methods:The separation was carried out on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).Mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphate(pH adjusted to 7.0 with Triethylamine)(20∶80) was adopted,and the detecting wavelength was set at 205 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.505～4.040μg(r=0.9999).The mean average recovery was 95.71%.Conclusion:The method was sensitive,accurate and rapid,with good repeatability and recovery.It could be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.更多还原
