【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗疱疹性口炎的最佳方法。方法:随机将200例疱疹性口炎分为综合治疗组与过氧化氢组。过氧化氢组采用3%H2O2加口服抗病毒、止痛药,而综合组在对照组的基础上加用2%利多卡因湿敷口内粘膜,观察各组的治愈时间和有效治愈率。结果:综合组治愈时间为7天,而对照组为10天,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义P<0.001,综合组有效率98%,对照组75%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合治疗疱疹性口炎的疗效明显优于过氧化氢组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find the optimum treatment of herpetic stomatitis.Methods:200 herpetic-stomatitis cases were randomly divided into hydrogen peroxide group and combined therapy group. In hydrogen peroxide group, 3% hydrogen peroxide、anti-virus and acesodyne were used, while in combined therapy group, additional 2% Lidocaine was used. Then the cure time and the effective rate were observed.Result:In hydrogen peroxide group, the cure time was 10 days, the effect rate was 75%; in combined therapy group, the cure time was 7days, the effec- tive rate was 98%. Conclusion:Combined therapy was better than the treatment of hydrogen peroxide group.更多还原
