【Abstract】 Speeding up the development of rural public facilities is the urgent demand for building harmonious society and an important job to propel reformation and development in rural areas as well as the vital procedure to realize the great-leap-forward development for Ningxia economics and society.We should pay much attention to the relationship between supports of central government and advances of local government,the relationship between increase of investment and further reformation,the relationship between the leading role of government and social participation,the relationship between whole development and breakthrough of key parts and the relationship between acceleration and steady advances.Thus the development of rural public facilities can speed up to make all farmers to be taught when they want to learn,to have income when they work,to be doctored when they fall ill,to be looked after when they are old and to have houses for living.更多还原
