基于ANSYS的金属O形环弹塑性接触分析
Elastoplastic Contact Analysis of Metal O-ring Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 金属O形环作为核级阀门的静密封元件,优良的回弹特性、足够的结构强度是实现其可靠密封的根本。对于结构的强度计算,因不能预知装配后的O形环形变,应用分析设计法将不可避免的产生误差,并且非圆截面环壳的弯矩积分也非常困难。介于上述不足,基于ANSYS的接触分析功能,选用可避免参数拟合的多线性等向强化模型(M ISO)描述其材料的非线性特征,模拟设计工况对O形环的结构强度作了弹塑性接触分析。结果表明,O形环结构满足强度要求,设计工况下,最大应力出现在O形环内壁的0°位置。
【Abstract】 Metal O-ring as the sealing element of safety valve in nuclear power station,which demands very high reliability of sealing.Excellent spring back behavior and sufficient structural intensity are both essential to assure seal’s credible.For analysis design method,because of O-ring′s unpredictable transfiguration and complicated integral of moment,the calculation error is inevitable.Considering these shortages,based on the elastoplastic contact analysis and Multilinear Isotropic Hardening(MISO) constitutive model of ANSYS.Did the nonlinear structure analysis of metal O-ring.The results indicate that O-ring′s structure meets the requirement of intensity,the 0 position of O-ring’s inner wall is the most weakness place.
