【Abstract】 Technological evolution enhances the utility of cars being important means of transportation, while road user charge per car has become a matter of controversy. This article, looking into the reform of road user charge regulation, referring to theories from abroad and research products from other related fields, and taking into consideration Chinese current reality, analyzes a reform scheme of differentiating the charge with variety of roads, with the expectation to contribute to scheming a more practicable road user charge reform.更多还原
