【摘要】 通过对河南省高校体育专业师资队伍的学历、职称、年龄、科研和教师规模现状的调查,发现目前教师队伍中高学历比例逐步扩大、年轻化趋势明显,但同时中高级职称比例偏低、教学质量下降、科研能力不强等问题突出.对此提出了加强师资队伍建设的相应措施.更多还原

【Abstract】 The author investigated the educational background, professional titles, age structures, scientific researches and scale of university P.E. teacher in Henan province. The teachers’academic levels were higher; the average age of staff was lower. However, low proportion of staff with advanced professional titles, quality of teaching began to descend, a decline of their scientific researches capacity. Relative countermeasures were put forward to strengthen the construction of university P.E. teacher contingent.更多还原
