淀粉/N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联微球体外降解行为研究

【摘要】 模拟人体胃肠环境,对淀粉/N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联微球降解性能进行研究,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、光透式粒度分析仪、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)和X射线晶体粉末衍射(XRD)对交联淀粉微球及降解产物结构和物理性质进行分析。结果表明,微球在模拟人体胃液环境中3h内可基本维持稳定结构,降解程度低于5%,在模拟人体肠液环境中9h内缓慢降解,降解程度可达35%;粒度分析结果显示,微球经12h降解后,平均粒径从25μm减至9.8μm;SEM、FT-IR和XRD衍射表明,交联微球结构和物性已发生显著变化。

【Abstract】 Crosslinked starch microspheres degradation property was studied by using degradation experiment in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice.The surface morphology of the crosslinked starch microspheres and degradation products were observed by SEM;average particle size of crosslinked starch microspheres’s degradation products had been illustrated by particle size analyser;FT-IR spectroscopy were used to characterize structure,physical properties were analyzed by XRD.The results showed that the crosslinked starch microspheres could be kept with that stable structure for 3 hours,the degradation degree was lower than 5% under the environmental of artificial gastric juice;under the environmental of artificial intestinal juice,the degradation degree of crosslinked starch microspheres was about 35%;12 hours later,grain size analysis was carried out which showed that average particle size of crosslinked starch microspheres had been reduced from 25 um to 9.8 um;SEM,FT-IR spectroscopy and XRD indicated the structural and physical properties of crosslinked starch microspheres had been significantly changed.
