酶解中草药对母猪泌乳性能和激素水平的影响

【摘要】 研究酶解中草药对母猪泌乳性能和激素水平的影响。结果表明:酶解中草药组的21日龄仔猪平均个体重、平均日增重及母猪产乳量显著高于未酶解中草药组和对照组(P<0.05)。另外,酶解中草药组母猪初乳中PRL水平显著高于未酶解中草药组和对照组(P<0.05);酶解中草药组的母猪初乳、21 d的母乳中GH水平有高于未酶解中草药组和对照组趋势。未酶解中草药组与对照组相比仔猪平均日增重、母猪产奶量及母乳中PRL和GH水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 The effect of enzymatic-hydrolyzed Chinese herbs on lactation performance and hormone level of sows was studied.The results showed that the average weight and ADG of piglets with an age of 21 days as well as the milk yield in the group of enzymatic-hydrolyzed herbs were improved significantly(P<0.05)in comparison with the control group.The level of PRL in foremilk in the group of enzymatic-hydrolyzed herbs(P<0.05)was improved significantly in comparison with the control group and the group of no enzymatic-hydrolyzed herbs.The level of GH in foremilk and 21-day milk in the group of enzymatic-hydrolyzed herb(P<0.05)trended to improve in comparison with the control group and the group of no enzymatic-hydrolyzed herbs.The difference between the group of no enzymatic-hydrolyzed herbs + basal diet and the control group was not significant.
