【Abstract】 Adding 0.1% tea ployphenol complex additive could increase the average daily gain and pH value significantly.Adding 0.3% could increase the average daily gain and pH value and decrease the water loss rate of meat very significantly.But there was no function when increasing the quantity of tea polyphenol.The meat color,lean percentage and back-fat thickness were influenced by the quantity of the tea polyphenol additive not significantly,but the contents of VE and IMP of the meat were increased very significantly.The appropriate adding level of tea ployphenol complex additive should be 0.3%.更多还原
