【Abstract】 Solvent retention capacity(SRC) is an important index in soft wheat quality evaluation.The article summarized the methods of SRC detection,the effects of genotype and environment on SRC,the relationships between SRC and other wheat quality traits.The application of SRC in wheat quality improvement was discussed by the genetic difference of SRC in order to provide references for molecular markers of SRC and breeding of new wheat varieties with low SRC value.更多还原
