ALT、AST测定对不同生化仪器性能的验证

【摘要】 目的通过对谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)在不同分析仪上进行测定,分析其结果的精密度及两者的可比性,保证同一实验室检测结果的一致性。方法在美国BackmanLX20全自动生化分析仪和罗氏(Roche)全自动生化分析仪上参照NCCLS《EP9-A》文件要求,进行精密度、相关性试验和实验方法的系统误差(SE)及临床可接受性能评价。结果同一混合血清在2台仪器上分别测定ALT和AST各20次,CV值为3.4~4.6,两者比较,差异均无统计学意义。2台仪器的相关系数ALT为0.9822,AST为0.9918,R2>0.974,相关性能良好。实验方法SE评比,ALT和AST的医学决定水平2和3,临床均可接受,两者的医学决定水平1,临床均不可接受。结论罗氏(Roche)全自动生化分析仪在各项性能考核中,和美国产BackmanLX20全自动生化分析仪基本一致,除部分系统误差不可接受外,差异无统计学意义。

【Abstract】 Objective ALT,AST were detected on different analyzer,and their results were analyzed to determine the extent of precision and commeasurability,in order to guarantee the identical laboratory test results.Methods Automatic biochemistry analyzes were performed on the Roche automatic biochemistry analyzes and American Beckmann LX20 referring to NCCLS 《EP9-A》 document requests,to carry on the accuracy,the relevant experiment and experimental technique system error(SE) and the clinical acceptability.Results ALT and AST were operated separately with same mix blood serum on the two instruments for 20 times.The CV value was 3.4~4.6,and the difference was not significant.For two instrument’s correlation coefficient,ALT was 0.982 2,AST was 0.9918,R2>0.975,and the related performance was good.For the experimental technique SE comparison,both ALT and AST medicine decided level 2 and 3,maybe accepted clinically,but their medicine decision level 1 may not be accepted clinically.Conclusion The results of Roche automatic biochemistry analyzer,in each performance inspection,are coincident to the results detected by BackmanLX20 automatic biochemistry analyzer,except partial system error cannot be accepted,no difference was significant.
