低浓度二氧化硫烟气制酸技术进展
Technological development of sulphuric acid production with low-SO2 gases
【摘要】 介绍低浓度二氧化硫烟气制酸的技术进展。在间接制酸工艺方面,介绍了各种可将低浓度二氧化硫转化为适合于硫酸生产的高浓度二氧化硫的气体脱硫技术;在直接制酸工艺方面,介绍了低浓度二氧化硫的湿法制酸工艺、湿式氧化工艺和非稳态转化工艺。分析我国低浓度二氧化硫制酸技术面临的问题,提出改进意见。
【Abstract】 Technological development of sulnhuric acid production with low-concentration SO2 on an indirect or direct basis is described with the emphases on the desulphurization technologies which can convert low-concentration SO2 to high-concentration SO2 for sulphuric acid production and low SO2 wet sulphuric acid process,wet oxidization process and unsteady state conversion process.The problems facing China about sulphuric acid production with low-SO2 are analyzed and some improvement proposals are offered.
