基于虚拟样机技术的转炉炉壳倾动力矩计算
Calculation of Converter Tilting Torque Based on Virtual Technology
【摘要】 炉型结构是影响倾动力矩众多因素中最关键的因素,原转炉改造后的炉底采用小炉底的结构形式,为了确保改造后的转炉倾动系统能够可靠地运行,应用虚拟样机技术建立转炉的三维模型,对转炉进行动态分析,得到新炉的倾动力矩,为转炉的进一步改造提供理论依据.
【Abstract】 Many factors affect the calculation of converter tilting torque,especially furnace structure.The structure of the pre-converter is the traditional live bottom,while that of the improved converter is the small bottom. To ensure the improved converter reliable operation,by applying the virtual technology to build the three-dimensional model of converter,we make a dynamic analysis of it and get the tilting torque,which provides theoretical basis for its expansion.
