【Abstract】 To Enhance discipline construction of local universities,we should first implement the development and establish the people-oriented management system and such scientific talent management system as personnel system and the incentive and competition mechanism.Besides,we should adhere to coordinated and sustainable development and combine the hardware and software construction,short-term goals and long-term planning,the internal and external resources and exert the common role of both teachers and students to join forces.We should also make overall plans and take all factors into consideration to strengthen discipline construction,improve the structure and qualities of teachers,build brand names and form its own characteristics.更多还原
