【Abstract】 There is no literature history in Liupanshui city till today. The literature history materials are lost or missing as time goes by. The Outline of the Creation Origin of Novels in Liupanshui City by Wu Xueliang has filled the blank. In this book, the recount of the history of literature creation, especially that of novels, is remarkable. It provides the later researchers with rich valuable materials. It also makes a deep consideration of the present problems in novel creation in Liupanshui city, and gives some countermeasures.
