改性结合剂对炭素捣打料性能的影响

【摘要】 以电煅无烟煤和冶金焦为骨料,中温煤沥青为结合剂,采用两类硝基芳烃化合物作为结合剂的改性添加剂,制备了炭素捣打料。结果表明:两类硝基芳烃化合物添加剂对结合剂起到了催化焦化缩聚作用,在不升高结合剂软化点的基础上,明显提高了结合剂的结焦值,从而有效地提高了炭素捣打料焙烧坯的体积密度和耐压强度,改善了低温炭素捣打料的使用性能。

【Abstract】 The carbon ramming mix was prepared using electrically calcined anthracite and metallurgical coke as aggregate,middle temperature coal-tar pitch as binder,two kinds of nitro-aromatic hydrocarbons as modified additives of the binder.The results showed that the selective additives catalyzed the coking condensation of binders and obviously increased the coking value of binders without increasing the softening point,and effectively improved the bulk density and compressive strength of baking body,which greatly improved the performance of the low temperature ramming mix.
