【摘要】 目的:临床观察益气温阳法中药丸剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效。方法:将符合条件120例患者随机分治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗前及治疗后分别记录临床症状、体征及测血清IgE含量,用药5周结束时比较组间疗效及血清IgE含量;随访1年后记录临床症状、体征及测血清IgE含量,比较组间疗效及血清IgE含量。结果:组间近期疗效及血清IgE含量变化都无明显统计差异。组间近期疗效治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为90%,血清IgE含量变化治疗前后无统计学差异(治疗前后均P>0.05);但组间血清IgE含量变化1年后随访(P<0.05)有统计学差异。组间远期疗效治疗组有效率为84.5%,对照组有效率为71.93%,无统计学差异。结论:辨证选用中成药丸剂治疗变应性鼻炎能远期降低血清IgE含量,疗效明显,临床上值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Condensed Pellet of Patent Drugs on Yiqiwenyang Therapy for Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis Methods:120 cases with Allergic Rhinitis were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=60)and a routine group(n=60).Recorded clinical symptom,body system and measured with content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)before and after immunotherapy separately,compared the two group with effect and content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE) after 5-week immunotherapy;Recorded clinical symptom,body system and measured with content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)after following the cases for 1-year.Results:There were no statistic differences between two groups in effect and content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)for Curative effect in the near future.The effitive rate were 91.67% and 90% respectively in the treatment group and the routine group,There were no statistic differences with Content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)between the two group before and after immunotherapy.(before and after immunotherapy P>0.05);But there were signficant statistic differences between two groups in the content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)for Curative effect at a specified future date after following the cases for 1-year.The effitive rate were 84.5% and 71.93% respectively,There were no statistic differences with Curative effect.Conclusion:These results support the idea that there were superiority Condensed Pellet of Patent Drugs on Yiqiwenyang Therapy for Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in reducing Content of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE)at a specified future date.更多还原
