解郁1号对抑郁模型大鼠海马区白介素-1β白介素-2白介素-6蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察解郁1号方对抑郁模型大鼠海马区白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)蛋白表达的影响,探讨该方的免疫调节作用。方法:将SD大鼠60只随机分为正常组、模型组、阿米替林组及解郁1号组,每组15只,应用孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法制备抑郁大鼠模型,采用免疫组化SABC法检测各组大鼠海马区IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6的蛋白表达。结果:与模型组比较,正常组、中西药组大鼠海马CA3区IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6蛋白阳性表达明显,着色较深,阳性表达计数有显著性差异(P<0.01,或P<0.05);中、西药组间相比,IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6蛋白阳性表达计数无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:解郁1号可能通过提高海马区IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6蛋白表达起免疫调节功能。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of JieYu 1 hao Decoction(JY),which was a complex prescription with the function of adjusting spleen and stomach,on IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 protein expression in c hippocampus of depression rats,and explore the immune regulation the JY decoction.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal,the model,the Amitriptyline and the JY decoction groups,each with 15.Isolated-living condition and chronic mild unpredictable stressure applied suceessively to set up DEP rat model.Immunohistochemical method was used to mensurate IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 protein expression in c hippocampus.Results:Compared with the model group,the normal group,the JY group and Amitriptyline group in hippocampus CA3 area IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 protein expression were obvious,because the color was darker,and the nember was more(P<0.01or P<0.05);Compared with Amitriptyline group,the nember of IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 protein expression was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:JY decoction increases the IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 protein expression in hippocampus to regulate immune function probablely.
