【摘要】 目的:研究测定不同切制方法炮制附子后乌头碱的含量差异,评价附子的炮制方法。方法:对附子采用传统炮制法和先切片后炮制,用HPLC测定乌头碱含量。结果:乌头碱在1.075~5.375μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率RSD为3.75%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于附子中乌头碱含量的测定。附子的改进炮制工艺中乌头碱含量低于传统炮制工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This passage research about discrepancy contents of aconitine in Radix Aconiti Lateralis which are processed by two different ways for selecting processing methods of Radix Aconiti Lateralis.Methods:The contents of aconitine in Radix Aconite Lateralis which are processing by two different ways are determined by HPLC.The one way is traditional processing,the other way is first cutting processing.Results:The calibration curves was linear in the range of 10.75～53.75μg(r=0.9993)for aconitine.The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD=2.79%(n=6).Conclusion:The way of processing is convert,sensitive,satisfactory accuracy,reproductive and it is adopt to determine aconitine.The content of aconitine in upgraded processing was lower than traditional processing.更多还原
