【摘要】 目的:观察解毒疏络法对卵巢癌患者化疗后生活质量的影响。方法:设立单纯化疗组(对照组)30例,化疗加解毒疏络法组(治疗组)32例。以KPS评分、QLQ-C30生活质量调查问卷、FACT-O卵巢癌治疗功能评价系统、中医疗效评定标准、6m im行步距离及体重为指标进行临床疗效观察。结果:KPS评分治疗组32例,有效9例(28.1%)、稳定19例(59.4%)、下降4例(12.5%),对照组30例,有效4例(13.3%)、稳定13例(43.3%)、下降13例(43.3%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QLQ-C30生活质量调查问卷及FACT-O卵巢癌治疗功能评价系统评分,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);中医症状积分治疗组23.38±6.73较对照组29.32±5.31低(P<0.05);6m im步距离治疗组(318.4±31.2)m较对照组(243.5±29.4)m长(P<0.05);治疗组体重增加10例(31.3%)、稳定17例(53.1%)、减轻5例(15.7%),对照组体重增加3例(10.0%)、稳定11例(36.7%)、减轻16例(53.3%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒疏络法可一定程度改善化疗患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of TCM Therapy for Removing Toxic substance and Unblocking Meridians on post-chemotherapy Quality of Life in 32 Patients with Ovarian Malignancies.Methods:All patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the 32 patients in the treated group were treated with chemotherapy combined with the TCM Therapy,and the 30 in the control group were given chemotherapy alone.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by indexes including KPS scores,QLQ-C30 questionnaire,FACT-O specific scale for Ovarian Malignancies,evaluation criteria for TCM efficacy,the 6-minutes walk distance,and body weight,etc.Results:The KPS scores in the treated group after treament was improved in 9 patients(28.1%),stabilized in 19(59.4%)and declined in 4(12.5%),while in the control group,it was improved in 4(13.3%),stabilized in 13(43.3)and declined in 13(43.3%),the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The results from evaluation with QLQ-C30 questionnaire and FACT-O scales in the treated group was also superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The scales of TCM efficacy(23.38±6.73 vs 29.32±5.31,P<0.05)and the 6-minutes walk distance[(318.4±31.2)m vs(243.5±29.4) m,P<0.05] were better in the treated group.After treatment in the treated group,the body weight was increased in 10 patients(31.3%),stabilized in 17(53.1%)and decreased in 5(15.7%),while in the control group it was in creased in 3(10.0%),slabilized in 11(36.7%)and decreased in 16(53.3%) difference between the two groups was significant,too(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM therapy for Removing Toxic substance and Unblocking Meridians can improve the post-chemotherapy Quality of Life of patients with Ovar ian Malignancies some extent.更多还原
