【摘要】 目的:探讨近年来中医药治疗糖尿病肾病随机对照试验(RCT)研究情况、质量及相关特点,为此后的中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究提供借鉴。方法:遵循循证医学评价文献的原则,在中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI等数据库全面检索1978—2007年间的相关文献并进行计量学评价分析。结果:共检索出文献212篇,其中RCT文献共有168篇,按照循证医学评价文献的原则及方法,从研究对象、随机分配方法、对照措施、盲法采用情况等多个方面进行分析评价。结论:2002—2006五年间报道的RCT文献数量较多,但文献质量仍需进一步改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this article is to find out quality and features of Randomized controlled trial(RCT) of treating diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine within these years,in order to provide some material for the next clinical research of TCM Treatment for Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:Conforming to EBM principles of literature appraisal,search and appraise literatures of 1978 to 2007 through CBM,CNKI,etc.Results:212 articles are found,168 of them are RCTs.We appraised them through research object,randomized allocation,intervention,blind method and so on,according to EBM principles of literature appraisal.Conclusion:There are more RCTs during 2002 to 2006,but the quality of the literatures need further improvement.更多还原
