【摘要】 目的:探讨中医药辨证治疗抗精神病药所致肥胖症的疗效及安全性。方法:将100例使用抗精神病药治疗后出现肥胖的精神病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,进行8周的对照治疗观察。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为72%和14%,P<0.01,两组治疗前BPRS评分:治疗组(33.02±7.34),对照组(32.39±3.51),治疗后评分分别为(20.38±5.40),(20.82±4.75),两组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.01),但两组间各时点比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组治疗后的TESS评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医药辨证治疗抗精神病药所致肥胖症疗效好,副作用少,且不影响原精神病药的疗效,可提高患者对精神药物的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity caused by antipsychotics(AP).Methods:100 cases psychotic patients with obesity caused by AP were allocated to two groups randomly with 50 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 8 weeks and the control group did not receive the treatment.The changes were determined by means of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS),and the body mass was recorded before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 72% and 14% respectively.The efficacy of the treatment group were obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The BPRS scores of two groups before treatment: the treatment group is 33.02±7.34 and the control group is 32.39±3.51.The scores of two groups after treatment were 20.38±5.40 and 20.82±4.75 respectively.The scores of both groups were obviously reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but no obvious difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The TESS scores of two groups have not obvious difference after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Raditional Chinese medicine has beteer efficacy and less side effects on obesity caused by AP,it does not influence to efficacy of the AP.it may improves the patients compliance.更多还原
