【摘要】 目的测定健康中老年人及老年脑梗死患者外周血淋巴细胞热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)的表达水平,分析其随年龄而变化的规律和Hsp70变化程度、规律与脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的关系。方法选择102例年龄在40～79岁的健康中老年人(健康组)和92例老年脑梗死患者(分轻型脑梗死组30例、中型脑梗死组31例和重型脑梗死组31例),Westerm blot法检测健康组及脑梗死患者起病后第1、15和30天Hsp70水平,并对脑梗死患者行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果 (1)健康组Hsp70水平呈现40岁以后随年龄增长而逐渐降低趋势,与年龄的增长呈负相关(r=-4.06,P<0.01)。Hsp70的表达与性别不相关(r=-14.45,P=0.36)。(2)轻、中、重型脑梗死组在起病后第1天Hsp70水平达最高峰,明显高于健康组,差异显著(P<0.01);轻型脑梗死组Hsp70水平在第1、15天较重型脑梗死组高,与神经功能缺损程度评分均呈显著负相关(分别为r=-0.53.P<0.01;r=-0.54.P<0.01);随病程延长,Hsp70表达逐渐下降,轻型脑梗死组下降幅度较大(P<0.01);起病后第30天,重型脑梗死组Hsp70水平高于轻型脑梗死组(P<0.01),与神经功能缺损程度评分呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01)。结论健康中老年人Hsp70水平与年龄及年龄增长相关;Hsp70水平动态变化与缺血性脑梗死病情的轻重密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To determine expression levels of heat shock protein 70（Hsp70） in peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy people and the elderly patients with cerebral infarction（CI） in order to analyze relationships of Hsp70 with gender and age,and relationship between Hsp70 and neurological deficit degree. Methods Western blot method was used to determine the Hsp70 levels in 109 healthy people aged 40-79 years and 92 elderly patients with CI. The patients in CI group were divided into 3 subgroups:mild（30 patients）,moderate（31 patients） and severe（31 patients）. On 1^st,15^th,30^th days after onset of CI, Hsp70 levels and neurological deficit scores were determined simultaneously. Results （1） Hsp70 level in lymphocytes showed a negative correlation with age after 40 years old in healthy group but no correlation with gender. （2）On 1^st day of CI onset,Hsp70 level in lymphocytes reached the peak in each subgroup and was higher than in healthy group. Hsp70 level was much higher in mild CI subgroup than in severe subgroup and had negative correlation with neurological deficit score on 1^st and 15^th days. With development of the disease, the decreasing degree of Hsp70 in mild CI was larger than severe CI. On 30^th day,Hsp70 level was higher in severe CI than in other subgroups and had positive correlation with neurological deficit score. Conclusions The level of Hsp70 is correlated with age in healthy group and the dynamic changes of Hsp70 has close relation with severity of cerebral infarction.更多还原
