【摘要】 目的探讨现今社会经济条件下珠三角地区镇级医院骨科门诊的病种和排序特点,为合理地利用卫生资源和防治疾病提供资料。方法对2005年8月至2006年6月在骨科门诊就诊的患者1555例为调查对象,对其性别、年龄、诊治人数等资料进行整理分析。结果全部患者中,上、下肢骨关节损伤者占34.47%、运动系统慢性损伤占21.80%、腰腿痛和颈肩痛占17.04%、非化脓性关节炎占14.98%(其中,强直性脊柱炎占7.33%)。发病年龄段依次为21-30岁(30.68%)、31-40岁(25.79%)和11-20岁(15.18%)。结论医院可根据疾病谱的特征调整骨科工作的重点,需要加强医务人员对骨创伤和运动系统慢性损伤以及强直性脊柱炎这类疾病的认识,要强化对年轻外来工进行安全和职业劳动保护等方面的教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide information for reasonable use and prevention and cure , the sort and ordering of diseases were approached in orthopedic clinic of the township hospital of Dongguan city under social and economic environment of nowadays. Method\From August, 2005 to June, 2006, the data, such as the gender, age and quantity of patients (n=1555) were collected, arranged and analyzed. Result In the all of cases, the proportion of different part respectively was injuries of bone and joint of limbs (34.47% ), chronic injuries of motor system (21.8% ), cervicodynia, shoulder and lumbodynia (17.04% ) and non-suppurative arthritis (14.98% , among ankylosing spondylitis 7.33% ). From high to low, the morbidity of age class was 21-30 yrs (30.68% ), 31 -40yrs (25.79% ) and 11 -20yrs (15.18% ). Conclusion The hospital may adjust work key point according to the disease spectrum, the medical workers should be strengthened to understanding diseases of chronic injuries of motor system and ankylosing spondylitis , also young external labor needs to be strengthened their labor protection and safe education.更多还原
